Why RFQ instead of instant checkout?
Branding, stock, setup costs and regional delivery can change the final price, so we confirm before invoicing.
Can I upload artwork later?
Yes. Upload it during RFQ checkout or send it after the team requests print-ready artwork.
Do you store card details?
No. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider when one is configured. Promo Products Africa does not store full card details.
What happens if a payment gateway is not configured?
Manual EFT/bank transfer instructions are shown instead.
